Intaglio (/ɪnˈtæli.oʊ/ in-TAL-ee-oh; Italian: [inˈtaʎʎo]) is the family of printing and printmaking techniques in which the image is incised into a surface and the incised line or sunken area holds the ink.
Printmaking has been a love of mine since an early age. I use the process of intaglio both in the creation of prints and my pâte-de-verre glass pieces. All of the following collection are original illustrations and hand-printed by me on Fabriano Rosapina paper. The prices are for unframed, but I will be happy to discuss framing options on request.
